Commercial Property Southwest Florida, LLC ("we", "us") provides commercial property maintenance in Lee County, Florida. This page explains what information we collect from the people who contact us, why we collect it, and what happens to it.

What we collect

• What you give us. The contact's name, phone number, email address, the property address, and the scope discussed — whether you call, email or use the form on this site.
• Access information. For properties we service, we hold what the crew needs to get in and work safely: gate codes, alarm instructions, key or fob assignments and after-hours contacts.
• Service records. Quotes, schedules, service tickets and invoices for the work performed at that property.
• Standard web logs. Our host records IP address, browser type and pages requested, used to keep the site available and secure.

How we use it

• To walk the property, quote the work and schedule the crew.
• To perform the service and to prove what was done and when.
• To invoice the account and keep the records our accounting obligations require.
• To reach you about your own property — a schedule change, a problem found on site, an approval needed.

Access information is treated separately

Gate codes, alarm instructions and keys are the most sensitive thing a manager gives a maintenance company. They are shared only with the supervisor and the crew assigned to that building, never with other customers or crews, and they are removed from our records when the account ends or when you tell us the code has changed.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not pass it to advertisers, data brokers or lead-generation companies. We do not use one customer's information to solicit another.

Who else sees it

Our own office staff and the crew assigned to your property, and the service providers that run parts of our business — the company that hosts this website and our payment processor if you pay by card. They may use the information only to provide that service to us. We will also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

How long we keep it

Service and billing records are kept while the property is an active account and afterwards for the period Florida law requires for business records. Enquiries that never become work are deleted within twenty-four months.

Cookies and tracking

This site carries no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking pixels. Anything your browser stores from this site is limited to what the page needs to display correctly.

Children

We provide services to businesses and property owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Use the phone number or email below; we respond within thirty days.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
